Peshawar (Khyber Mail): Lt. General (Retd.) Mumtaz Gul, HI (M) & TBt, delivered an inspiring address during the graduation ceremony of the 41st Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC) at the National Institute of Management (NIM). The event, held at the NIM Complex, brought together distinguished guests, faculty members, and graduating officers.

In his speech, General Mumtaz Gul emphasized the critical role of a professionally strong civil service as the bedrock for a nation’s aspirations. During the ceremony, the chief guest inaugurated a state-of-the-art fitness gym within the NIM Complex. Captain (Retd.)
