Islamabad (Khyber Mail): Thomas Fielder, the Second Secretary at the German Embassy in Islamabad, was found dead in his apartment located within the Diplomatic Enclave on Sunday.

According to Islamabad Police, embassy staff raised concerns after Fielder failed to report to work for two days. Upon entering his residence, they discovered him unresponsive and alerted local authorities. The body was transported to a nearby hospital for post-mortem examination to determine the exact cause of death.

Preliminary reports suggest Fielder had a history of heart complications, including a minor heart attack. While investigators found no signs of foul play and the room was locked from the inside, the final cause of death will be confirmed following the autopsy.
