Peshawar (Khyber Mail): Lt. General (Retd.) Mumtaz Gul, HI (M) & TBt, delivered an inspiring address during the graduation ceremony of the 41st Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC) at the National Institute of Management (NIM). The event, held at the NIM Complex, brought together distinguished guests, faculty members, and graduating officers.
