Islamabad (Khyber Mail): Begum Abbas Khattak, wife of former Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal (Retired) Mohammad Abbas Khattak, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024. Her demise is being mourned by family, friends, and the wider community.
Her funeral prayer will be offered at 12:00 PM on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at H-11 Graveyard, Islamabad. The burial will follow at 3:00 PM at Jahangira Farmhouse, located near Kund Park in Village Jahangira.
The Qul-Khwani for Begum Abbas Khattak will be held on Sunday, December 22, 2024, at 2:00 PM, with Dua scheduled for 4:30 PM, at House #271, Street #6, Sector F-10/3, Islamabad.
Begum Abbas Khattak was a well-respected figure known for her devotion to family and her contributions to social welfare causes. Her passing is being deeply felt across the community. Her husband, Air Chief Marshal Mohammad Abbas Khattak, served as the Chief of Air Staff of the Pakistan Air Force from 1994 to 1997.
