Lahore (Khyber Mail): A prestigious ceremony was held in Lahore to highlight the paid internship program for young engineers, bringing together key figures from academia and government. The event was attended by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran, Vice Chancellor of MNS University of Engineering and Technology Multan, Islamia University Bahawalpur, Mir Chakar Khan Rind University of Technology DG Khan, and Vice Chairman of the National Technology Council.

The occasion was graced by Federal Minister for Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives and Inter-Provincial Coordination, Ahsan Iqbal, as the chief guest, alongside Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs, Amir Muqam, who attended as the guest of honor.

During the ceremony, Federal Minister Ahsan Iqbal emphasized the importance of initiatives that empower young engineers and strengthen Pakistan’s technological workforce. In recognition of academic leadership and contributions, Ahsan Iqbal presented a shield to Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran.
