Islamabad (Agencies): The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has officially nominated Professor Dr. Muhammad Kamran, Vice Chancellor of MNS University of Engineering and Technology, Multan, as the Vice Chairperson of the National Technology Council (NTC). The announcement was made through a notification issued by HEC on Wednesday.
