GHAZI (Dr Pervaiz Awan): Liba Nisar, a talented student who began her educational journey at the prestigious Hazara School and College, Ghazi, has achieved notable success by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Lab Technology from Hazara University, Mansehra, securing third position in the entire university.
Liba Nisar, daughter of Dr. Nisar Muhammad Awan and Dr. Nazma Nisar, and sister to renowned dental surgeon Dr. Aqsa Nisar, achieved this success with high marks. Her degree was awarded by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi during the university’s 14th convocation.
She is also the niece of prominent journalist Dr. Pervez Awan and Abdul Malik, Assistant Private Secretary for the Tarbela Fifth Extension Project, and the first cousin of Faisal Waqas, who recently earned an MPhil in Sports Science with top honors from Muslim Youth University Islamabad.
The local community has praised Liba Nisar’s remarkable achievement, considering her a source of regional pride. Liba attributed her success to the special blessings of Allah, her hard work, and the support of her parents, as well as the guidance of her teachers, including Faculty Head Dr. Amanullah, University Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. M.M. Mohsin Nawaz, and Principal Amir Ali of Hazara School and College, Ghazi, who provided a strong foundation in her early education.
Liba Nisar has expressed her ambition to pursue specialization and a Ph.D. in her field in the future.
