Lahore (Agencies): Nawaz Sharif, the leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), presented the party’s meticulously crafted election manifesto in Lahore, emphasizing its full implementation if the party secures victory. During a party gathering, Sharif underscored the manifesto’s key focus on the economy.
The former prime minister clarified that the PML-N is dedicated to national development and not involved in victimization politics. Sharif highlighted documented achievements, such as the eradication of load shedding in their previous term and the provision of affordable electricity to citizens through various development projects.
At the manifesto launch, PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif stressed the importance of assessing the implementation of political agendas, emphasizing the party’s commitment to realizing its promises.
In a parallel development, the Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) also disclosed its manifesto for the upcoming general elections. In a media interaction held in Karachi, GDA Information Secretary Sardar Abdul Rahim outlined a ten-point manifesto, proposing enhanced authority for district governments in managing education, health, agriculture, and other civic matters.
Rahim expressed the GDA’s dedication to fostering a society grounded in non-violence and social justice, adding a distinctive touch to their electoral promises.
