Riyadh (Agencies): Saudi Arabia is set to host the “Spears of Victory 2025” military exercise next week at the Air Warfare Center, with participation from forces representing 15 countries. The large-scale exercise, scheduled from January 26 to February 6, aims to enhance combat readiness, foster multinational collaboration, and address emerging global threats, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

Participating nations include Bahrain, Greece, France, Qatar, the United Kingdom, the United States, the UAE, and Pakistan, with seven other countries — Australia, Egypt, Italy, Jordan, Morocco, South Korea, and Spain — attending as observers.
Air Force Maj. Gen. Mohammed bin Ali Al-Omari, commander of the exercise, highlighted the importance of joint military action, emphasizing that the drills aim to refine tactical capabilities, unify operational strategies, and enhance expertise in planning and execution.
The exercise will focus on countering current and emerging threats, with operations tailored to simulate advanced electronic warfare scenarios. The participating forces will integrate various branches of Saudi Arabia’s military, including the Ministry of the National Guard and the Presidency of State Security, alongside international contingents.
The “Spears of Victory 2025” exercise reflects a global commitment to strengthening military collaboration and readiness in the face of evolving security challenges.
